A board of directors is currently being created. So far this includes Dr. Michael Gervais and Dr. Andrew Newberg.The goal board will bring a diverse set of specialties ranging from academic specializations to product and program creation.
The current team has a track record for delivering on both research and training by translating academic insights into relevant and actionable information for high performers. From the research side, the team has studied the impact of flow on creativity, the physiological correlates of flow in Formula 1 drivers, and the impact of flow on worker engagement in partnership with Deloitte. For training, the team has delivered training on high performance, flow for writers, and many public speaking engagements.
Between the research objectives, the team that we have amassed, and our track record for success, we are confident that we will be able to decode the neurobiology of flow.
