Will Chaffin

Will has been helping to guide our new clients into their membership with us since February of 2022. Originally, he grew up in Northern Virginia just outside the very diversely populated Washington D.C., and as such he has always had a deep appreciation for people, culture, and personalities. Always fun and outgoing, he is well known for being a very passionate, caring and engaging Enrollment Director that focuses on our new clients' greatest needs. He arrived at The Flow Research Collective after a nearly 20 year career as a leader in the automotive parts industry, where he developed exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, in addition to being a top-performing Account Executive. He is also a 30+ year piano player and music composer, and has studied Performance and Music Education in his primary and secondary schooling years as well as collegiately at Edison College in SW Florida, where he's lived since 2004. He resides in fulfillment with his wife and their 3 teenaged children, and enjoys their very exciting and active schedules as well as slowing down at times with the gulf coast beaches, sunsets and listening to well-known live local music.
