Dr. Jared Weintraub is an FRC High-Performance Coach with over 10 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations flourish at work.
He holds a Ph.D. from Hofstra University in Applied Organizational Psychology and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR), and to administer and interpret the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and Motives Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI).
He has worked with start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, and organizations across various industries, providing coaching, internal and external organizational development consulting, and managing marketing and sales teams. Additionally, Dr. Weintraub has been actively involved in the broader Organizational Development and I/O community by teaching graduate and undergraduate courses, participating in panels, presenting research at conferences and workshops, and serving as an elected board member of the New York Metropolitan Association of Applied Psychology (METRO).
He is also a published author with research investigating the intersection of mindfulness, flow, and technology in the workplace. He is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations create, grow, and maintain purpose-driven, positive, and productive cultures that facilitate productivity and employee well-being.
