Sales Development Representative
The Role
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments for virtual presentations
- Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using HubSpot
- Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets
- Exceeding sales targets set monthly and yearly by Sales leaders
- Reaching out to FRC database customers to create interest for FRC products
- Call, email and use various communication forms to identify the correct product for each client
- Meticulous in follow up using all communication forms
- Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Leaders and Executive Team
- Strong knowledge of all administrative functions as well as well as mastery of our proprietary Training platform.
- Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image
- Become an ambassador of FRC principles on an ongoing and never-ending basis

Location & Hours
You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is distributed globally.
The position is full time.

- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and effectively communicate high level sales concepts to prospects.
