About This Role:

The Role

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

  • Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments for virtual presentations
  • Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using HubSpot
  • Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets
  • Exceeding sales targets set monthly and yearly by Sales leaders
  • Reaching out to FRC database customers to create interest for FRC products
  • Call, email and use various communication forms to identify the correct product for each client
  • Meticulous in follow up using all communication forms
  • Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Leaders and Executive Team
  • Strong knowledge of all administrative functions as well as well as mastery of our proprietary Training platform.
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image
  • Become an ambassador of FRC principles on an ongoing and never-ending basis

Location & Hours

You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is distributed globally.

The position is full time.

  • Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality and the ability to work in a high intense sales environment.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and effectively communicate high level sales concepts to prospects.
