Chief Marketing Officer
The Role
Your job as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Flow Research Collective will be to spearhead the rapid growth of the company’s revenue and brand recognition through a combination of paid acquisition, hyper-relevant content marketing, and organic growth.
To accomplish this, you’ll be tasked with building, leading, and managing elite-level teams across multiple departments taking complete ownership of existing channels, expanding the company’s digital presence to new channels, and establishing an industry-dominant brand.
The expectations for this role are exceedingly high and the mission is anything but easy. Location & Hours
You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is distributed globally.
The position is full time.
Qualifications
- You have a proven track record of scaling companies from 8-figures to multiple 8 or even 9-figures in revenue through a combination of paid acquisition, organic growth and content marketing.
- You've scaled revenue at 20%+ MoM rate consistently for multiple businesses across multiple different industries.
- You possess supreme leadership skills and know how to not only find top quality talent––fast––but nurture and galvanize your team members to perform at the highest levels.
- You’re an elite level marketer with an intimate understanding of what it takes to dominate individual acquisition channels, create a viral content-centric brand, and build effective back end systems that ensure perpetual and exponential growth.
- You know how to lead a brand from obscurity to omnipresence and have a wealth of experience turning startups into household names.
- You have a strong command of high ticket sales and, ideally, you’ve led 7 or 8-figure sales teams before. More importantly, you know how to quickly diagnose and resolve problems inside of sales and create an ultra-congruent customer experience from their first point of exposure to the their first transaction.
- You understand the importance of relentless testing and iteration to “beat the control” –– and more importantly, you have proven systems and strategies to ensure the maximum return on every test that’s run.
