In short, FRC is looking for a marketing wizard! We want a veteran in the digital marketing landscape who’s “seen it all and done it all” and is excited about building a world class marketing team from the ground up. Your job will be to scale the Flow Research Collective into the 8 and 9 figure range through your marketing efforts.
You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is distributed.

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?
You must be a marketing veteran who’s seen it all and done it all, you’ve witnessed all the fads come and go and have a visceral understanding of the “fundamental physics” of marketing
You have built world-class marketing teams of 10+ people, been responsible for over $50k per month in ad spend and helped scale organizations from 7 to 8, 9 or even 10 figures (bonus points if you
You have a demonstrable track record in both content marketing and paid acquisition with the ability to execute as an individual contributor in both of these domains, especially as we scale
You have a tight grasp of all the technical skills required to effectively deploy 7 figures in marketing budget, from copywriting to automation and analytics to all the big paid acquisition channels
You must have a demonstrable “bias” toward tangible results and direct response, having a month go by where our main achievement was “expanding brand awareness” is unacceptable
You must have a deep understanding of “product market fit”, positioning, and storytelling so that our messaging is always resonating tightly with current market sentiment

Our team is spread across the globe. Our Executive Director, Steven Kotler is in the Lake Tahoe area. Our COO, Rian Doris, is based in Venice Beach. Our coaches are everywhere from Hawaii to Vancouver to Boston! You will report directly to Clare Sarah, our Head of Client Experience and interact with the rest of our epic team regularly.
You will also be invited to come to all of our live events which we host across the globe throughout the year.
