Dr. Chris Williamson is a sport psychology consultant who specializes in peak performance, training progressions, and habit formation. Identifying key areas of improvement and creating simple action plans is how Chris becomes a valued resource for the individuals he works with. He holds a Masters degree and Ph.D. from Springfield College, specializing in sport and exercise psychology where he studied under the tutelage of Dr. Mimi Murray. Through the research of Dr. Jud Brewer, Chris began his passion for mindfulness and the integration of mindfulness practices for optimal performance, steering him to conduct research on the integration of mindfulness training for autonomic skill replication.
As a sport psychology consultant he works with business executives and athletes, of all levels, working through the rigors of competition, purposeful practice, and mastery; while finding alignment with their core values to help propel their efforts for optimal growth. Chris has also been a Sport Psychology Spokesperson for the St. Luke’s University Health Network providing youth athletes a holistic training program to develop skills to be used on and off the field. He is passionate about the work he does and strives to deliver a high degree of integrity and authenticity, always.
