Clare Sarah Goodridge is an Australian entrepreneur and consultant, known for her passion for the humanization of business. She is the co-founder of Berlin based creative leadership firm Romero & Johnson, and works with individuals, teams and organisations to up-level their performance and wellbeing using the peak mental state of Flow.
Fascinated by the relationship between meaning, purpose and creativity, in 2016 Clare undertook a Doctorate in Business Leadership. This sparked her obsession with the science of peak performance and marked the beginning of a deep dive into a new form of leadership practice - one designed to train states of mind (rather than skills), develop exponential thinking, and nurture enhanced emotional capacity.
Clare’s work and research is influenced by the thought leadership of Nichol Bradford, Steven Kotler, Michael Gervais, Carol Dweck, Robert Sapolski and Martin Seligman. Not to mention Nick Cave, Patti Smith and Leonard Cohen.
Clare has extensive experience working for corporates, not-for-profits, arts institutions, start-ups, universities and high-performing leaders. In 2010 she founded Australian brand agency Tinderbox Creative, and more recently spent time in Europe advising ICOs on brand differentiation for emerging technologies.
After stints in Melbourne and London, Clare now spends most of her time between Perth, London and LA.
