Biography

Chang-Hyun Ko has been studying and researching human potential for nearly 20 years, first within the field of engineering then moving on to focus in psychology. He specializes in enhancing the psychological and physiological drivers of elite performance under high pressure situations. He has an extensive career working with professional athletes, executives from Fortune 500 companies and the U.S. Military.

Chang started his career as a performance specialist for the U.S. Army and during this time he became a Certified Resilience Trainer and developed the first Executive Resilience and Performance Program for senior leaders in the Army. He continued on to work as a deputy to the Directorate of Curriculum, where he was responsible for training all performance coaches in the Army Performance and Resilience Program. In his final tenure with the U.S. Army, he stood up the first Cognitive Performance Training Program for the US Special Operations Command and developed a comprehensive life cycle training program that focused on cognitive growth, wellness, and recovery.

In addition, Chang serves as the Director of Performance for Team Liquid, one of the largest competitive esports organizations globally. He oversees the peak performance training for all teams at Liquid. He is also an advising Health & Wellness member at the Global Esports Federation.

He is based in Metro Atlanta, Georgia and when not consuming all things peak performance, he spends his time with his wife and daughter traveling, exploring the outdoors or searching for the next best eatery.
