You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is distributed globally.
The position is full time.
Qualifications
- You are passionate about hiring, peak performance, and dramatically improving people's lives
- You have 7+ years as a successful VP of Talent Acquisition or equivalent position
- You have hired world-class talent - both at the executive level and at manager/IC level
- You have successfully built, run, and managed talent pipelines
- You have created and ran successful outreach processes
- You have hand-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- You are familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- You have a stellar record of managing to outcomes and consistently outperforming with high levels of responsibility
- Your communication and project management skills are top notch
