The Flow Research Collective is a rapidly growing peak performance research and training organization focused on the neuroscience of flow states.

The Role

FRC is looking for a rock-star executive assistant to leverage our Chief of Operations bandwidth. We are seeking a motivated, highly organized, trustworthy, and experienced executive assistant to work and grow alongside our COO. Your main aim will be expanding their impact and thus the speed and growth of the company...


You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is distributed.

The Hours

Full Time.

We are accepting applications for a ROCKSTAR Executive Assistant who wants to accelerate the impact of a mission driven company!

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need? 

  • Proven experience providing support at executive level (or similar experience, e.g. Project Manager, Chief of Staff)
  • Very technically savvy – proficient computer skills and excellent working knowledge of Asana, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, and other software packages
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • The ability to “mind read” and always be at least one step ahead of what your executive wants (or thinks they want, you probably know better than they do!)
  • High level communication skills, with excellent spelling and grammar
  • Outstanding communication skills and professional phone/email manner
  • Some experience with broader project management duties

Who Will You Work With?

Our team is spread across the globe. Our Executive Director, Steven Kotler is in the Lake Tahoe area. Our COO, Rian Doris, is based in Venice Beach. Our coaches are everywhere from Hawaii to Vancouver to Boston! You will report directly to Clare Sarah, our Head of Client Experience and interact with the rest of our epic team regularly. 

You will also be invited to come to all of our live events which we host across the globe throughout the year. 

At our live events, you’ll connect with the team and our incredible, inspiring clients as well as the other thought leaders and special guests who’ll be participating.
