- Proven experience in P&L ownership and demonstrated success in driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit and manage a high-talent density team.
- Experience in creating and nurturing a high-performance culture within the organization.
- Adept at identifying business constraints and allocating resources strategically to overcome them.
- Obsessive about driving up numbers across all aspects of the business, including marketing, sales, and customer experience.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and scale new acquisition channels in marketing.
- Knowledgeable about the high ticket info space and the dynamics of long-term revenue generation.
- Passion for neuroscience-based research and the concept of flow states in enhancing productivity and performance.
- Excellent talent attraction skills and experience in making tough decisions regarding team composition.
- Alignment with the mission-driven values of the company and a desire to impact millions of people positively.
