FRC Peak Performance Coach.
As one of our coaches, your job is to work directly with our clients to help them achieve life changing results. You can do this through one on one and group coaching, all delivered digitally.
You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is distributed and coaching happens online.
Very competitive hourly rate per session, plus significant performance based incentives.
Part-time (we require 20+ hours per week so that you can manage at least 40 clients, most of whom do two sessions per month).

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?
You must have a PhD or Doctorate in a field related to psychology, neuroscience or organizational change.
You must have a deep understanding of the science behind peak performance and flow. Familiarity with the work we do at the Flow Research Collective is a strong bonus.
You must have some experience working with clients in the past.
