The Flow Research Collective is looking for a Hiring Manager, who will manage the entire hiring process to land us world-class talent.
This person is obsessed with finding the best people in the world for any position, creating an incredible experience for them, and landing those people to create an incredible team. They know how to design, run, and scale hiring processes which don't just follow the standard inbound methods - they've run outreach processes to the best in the world... and been massively successful.
Everything they do is through the lens of landing the best people in the world. They are focused on execution of sytems, but only the systems which lead to the best results. Because of that, they've found and landed some of the best talent in the world.
This person is also a people person, attuned to the emotional hiring process that candidates go through, and understands the nuances of communication that lead to an inviting and exciting experience for candidates. They write beautiful emails and are used to evaluating candidates in introductory stages.
Overall, the Hiring Manager is responsible for the quality of teammates that we bring to FRC, and as a result, our entire trajectory lies on their shoulders. They don't take that lightly, but they relish the challenge of running and building the systems, finding the best people in the world, and bringing them through the process to completion.
