The Flow Research Collective is looking for a rock-star executive assistant. We are seeking a motivated, highly organized, trustworthy, and experienced executive assistant to work and grow alongside our Executive Director.

Location & Hours

You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is distributed across five continents.

Part-time, flexible hours


  • Proven experience providing support at executive level (or similar experience, e.g. Project Manager, Chief of Staff)
  • Very technically savvy – proficient computer skills and excellent working knowledge of Asana, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, and other software packages
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • The ability to “mind read” and always be at least one step ahead of what your executive wants (or thinks they want, you probably know better than they do!)
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and are highly adaptable. 
  • You know exactly how to communicate with a range of important contacts. 
  • You have the nuanced skillset necessary to learn to lead varied team projects, such as book launches or course creation. 
  • You are a fast learner and can anticipate needs proactively.
  • You have tact in abundance, maintaining relationships while keeping the executive director’s work focused on what matters most.
  • You are honest to a fault, reliable and able to uphold the highest levels of respect for privacy. 
  • You have exceptional people and communication skills.  
  • You are results focused and ready to go the extra mile to deliver on challenging goals.
  • You are self-motivated.
