The Company


The Flow Research Collective is a rapidly growing peak performance research and training organization focused on the neuroscience of flow states.

We train business leaders to improve their performance by accessing flow more consistently. Our Executive Director is New York Times bestselling author Steven Kotler.

Steven’s work on flow and peak performance has been featured everywhere from Harvard Business Review to Time Magazine and Forbes.

You may have seen Steven on The Joe Rogan Experience or come across one of his many bestselling books, like Stealing Fire, BOLD, ABUNDANCE & The Rise of Superman.



The Role

The Flow Research Collective is looking for a leading Director of Performance Programs, who manages and scales world-class program delivery and client experience.

This person is obsessed with creating premier client journeys.  They know how to design, run, and scale exceptional client experience from point of sale to completion.  They are constantly thinking through the lens of client-focused KPIs, such as: Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT), Client Completion %, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).  Everything they do is geared toward improving these numbers.  In fact, they are relentless about improving these numbers and do everything in their power to constantly lift them.  They ensure relationships with all clients are excellently and proactively handled.  They have the ability and the drive to be both external-facing to the client and internal-facing in leading program operations management.

The Director of Performance Programs is an operations rockstar.  They are focused on executing on systems  and processes to proactively improve client experience and capture client wins to exponentially grow our overall client testimonial and referral database.  This person ensures we constantly go above and beyond and blow minds so that our customers cannot stop talking about their Programs.

This person manages and continues to build a team of rockstar talent to deliver on exceptional experience.  They have the people skills to manage Client Support Representatives and Peak Performance Coaches.  They manage and run all processes related to hiring and scaling premier coaching services to our clients.

The Director of Performance Programs cannot help but ideate and improve upon the client journey. They are constantly finding ways to improve, expand, automate, and systematize pristine client services and program delivery.

Pay

Very competitive hourly rate per session, plus significant performance based incentives.

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need? 

  • You are passionate about client experience and Flow science and dramatically improving people's lives
  • You have 10+ years of experience in operations and program delivery (previous positions may include: Director of Operations, Director of Client Experience, ex-COO of start-up, etc.)
  • You have demonstrated successful experience in scaling programs, products, teams, and operations fulfillment
  • You have a stellar record of managing to outcomes and consistently outperforming with high levels of responsibility
  • Your communication and project management skills are top notch
