About This Role:
The Role
The Flow Research Collective is looking for an experienced Community Manager, capable of facilitating a rewarding and hospitable environment for our clients to collaborate and share in all areas related to flow.
The Community Manager will be primarily responsible for managing our course environments, handling and organizing all inquiries within our CRM, and proactively anticipating customer needs at every turn. Client obsessed, your job is to ensure no client gets lost on their program journey. Increasing customer LTV is the main KPI of your work scope, while interfacing with clients and maintaining backend records for our coaches and operations team.
Success for this person is all about creating a magical experience for our community to stay engaged and informed, ensuring relationships with all clients are excellently and proactively handled, and working with a team of like-minded people to make that delightful client experience happen.

Location & Hours
You can work from anywhere you want as our entire team is distributed.
The position is full time.
Qualifications
- You are passionate about Peak Performance or Flow science and dramatically improving people's lives.
- You are passionate about building communities and creating incredible client experiences.
- You have 5+ years of experience in events management, community building or other client success management roles.
- You have a stellar record of managing to outcomes and consistently outperforming with high levels of responsibility.
- Your communication and customer service skills are top notch.

Our team is spread across the globe. Our CEO, Rian Doris is based in Los Angeles. Our COO, Shane Mileham is a full time nomad. Our Director of Operations, Melissa, lives between New York and Spain. And our coaches and clients are all around the world!
