How does the programme work?
Phase 01
Introduction to key tools and concepts followed by experiential exercises and personalized diagnostics
01. Acquire baseline assessment of performance through psychometric testing.
02. Learn how to leverage the flow cycle to minimize struggle, enhance deep work and maximize recovery.
03. Learn how to implement the 21 flow triggers to achieve consistent, sustained focus.
Phase 02
Daily Behavioral Modification
We are scientists not consultants. We take a scientific approach to our instructional design. This means we don’t tell you what will work, rather we have you self-experiment and see what actually works.
You’ll go through the following cycle:
01. Implement behavioral modifications.
02. Analyze results by reviewing the data you’re tracking.
03. Modify behavior based on results.
04. Integrate and consolidate whatever is producing results.
This applies to all behaviour changes-from re-configuring your relationship with technology to changing the way you structure your workflows.
Phase 03
1:1 Coaching
You will go through a series of intimate, intensive coaching sessions with our peak-performance coaches, all of whom are licensed clinical psychologists.
These sessions will:
01. Promote heightened self-awareness, allowing you to unlock sticking points, remove negative behaviour patterns and spot opportunities for growth.
02. Personalise all learning by customising your peak performance plan around your own unique psychology and physiology.
03. Provide accountability, feedback and ongoing support to make sure you’re actually progressing and seeing results.
Phase 03
1:1 Coaching

Debrief & Integration
01. Breakdown of learnings, changes and results.
02. Individual peak-performance reports to ensure each participant understands their own unique access
points to peak-performance.
03. Final review of self-designed performance plans. Inform participants of scalable tools that will allow them to cascade learnings throughout the organisation.
