Enterprise Sales Leader
The Role
The Flow Research Collective is looking for an Enterprise Sales Leader.
As the lead of the Enterprise Sales Department your job will be to land six and seven-figure training engagements by nurturing and converting the clients already in our ecosystem, along with designing a go-to-market strategy so that we can scale our B2B sales department. You will play a critical role in founding and building our B2B sales department.

You will play a critical role in founding and building our B2B sales department.
Location & Hours
Fully remote. You can work from any time zone between Hawaii and Puerto Rico. However, this role may require travel to client locations, trade shows, and events, as needed to achieve results.
The position is full-time.
Qualifications
- You’ve sold to relevant organizations — you understand the different approaches required to succeed in SMB, Mid-Market & Enterprise sales and where your unique strength lies
- You’ve sold relevant solutions — You have sold consulting, learning and development, HR or other people-based solutions and understand how to articulate the ROI
- You have 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of outperforming quotas on a consistent basis
- Terms like team selling, multi-stakeholder selling, power line selling, ABM/ABS, account mapping/planning are part of your lexicon and you’re able to articulate the benefits and drawbacks of these different approaches
- It’s likely you have significant experience managing, leading, and building sales teams. If that’s the case, all the better as that will position you to build and grow the enterprise sales division at Flow Research Collective
- You have a developed network of decision-makers and other contacts, clients, and partners in the U.S

Our team is spread across the globe. Our Executive Director, Steven Kotler is in the Lake Tahoe area. Our CEO, Rian Doris, is based in Venice Beach, Los Angeles. Our coaches are everywhere from Hawaii to Vancouver to Boston! You will report directly to Rian Doris, our CEO.
You will also be invited to come to all of our live events which we host across the globe throughout the year.
At our live events, you’ll connect with the team and our incredible, inspiring clients as well as the other thought leaders and special guests who’ll be participating.
